Mayor unveils strategy to eliminate traffic fatalities, reduce serious injuries by half by 2035

The City of Jacksonville unveiled its Vision Zero Action Plan (VZAP) on Thursday to eliminate traffic fatalities and reduce serious injuries by half by 2035.
