UNF cuts ribbon on new Osprey Ridge dorm as nearly 500 students remain on housing standby list

The need for more student housing in Jacksonville is hitting the University of North Florida hard, but the school is spotlighting part of the solution on Wednesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Osprey Ridge dorm hall.
