Sheriff T.K. Waters talks officer involved shooting on Soutel Drive

An armed robbery suspect who shot at a Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office officer was killed Wednesday morning following a chase near Soutel Drive and Norfolk Boulevard in the Sherwood Forest area of Northwest Jacksonville, JSO said.
