JSO discusses officer-involved incident on Soutel Drive in Northwest Jacksonville

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says an officer was involved in an incident near Soutel Drive and Norfolk Boulevard in the Sherwood Forest area of Northwest Jacksonville.
