At least $38 million, 18 months to repair hourly garage at Jacksonville airport after massive fire

Just over a month after a devastating fire in the hourly parking garage at Jacksonville International Airport, leaders with the Jacksonville Aviation Authority estimated Wednesday that it will cost at least $38 million to repair the damage.
