Good Samaritan says faith guided her in saving woman suffering from cardiac arrest on Normandy Blvd.

 A 77-year-old woman who went into cardiac arrest while driving on Normandy Boulevard said she’s alive today thanks to a complete stranger who jumped into action to save her life.
