Mother of woman killed in e-bike crash says it could’ve been avoided with more protections

The 41-year-old woman who was killed after a tow truck crashed into her e-bike at the intersection of Blanding Boulevard and San Juan Avenue has been identified, and now, her mother says the crash could’ve been avoided if there were more protections for cyclists and pedestrians.
