Father of Fleming Island student left critically injured after being hit by car pushing for change

Kevin Haynes, the father of 15-year-old Fleming High student Sadie Haynes, is pushing for additional safety measures after his daughter was hit by a car while crossing the street, leaving her with an extensive list of injuries.
