Distribution center in Baldwin shutting down, laying off nearly 500 employees

C&S Wholesale Services, a grocery supplier with a distribution center in Baldwin, sent the state a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification last week alerting them of their plan to close the center, laying off 490 employees.
