Man who killed Jacksonville father during quadruple shooting in 2020 to be sentenced Thursday

Latroy Montgomery shot and killed Maurice Anderson on Oct. 28, 2020. Anderson was one of four people shot that night. One other victim also died. Montgomery has been convicted of both murders and is scheduled to be sentenced Thursday.
