Crime Stoppers set to pay out record $25K after tip leads to arrests in shooting death of 7-year-old

A tip submitted through First Coast Crime Stoppers (FCCS) led to the arrests of two people accused in the shooting death of 7-year-old Breon Allen Jr., the organization’s executive director Chase Robinson told News4JAX on Wednesday.
