Shad Khan purchases Jacksonville fairgrounds for $15M with plans to create more game, event parking

The Jacksonville Fairgrounds is officially under new ownership as Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan’s Iguana Investments Florida LLC has purchased the 14.1-acre property.
