Man causes deadly pileup in wrong-way crash on I-295, attempts carjacking, escapes on back of semi

A motorcyclist was killed Tuesday afternoon in a bizarre wrong-way, hit-and-run crash on I-295 that ended with the wrong-way driver escaping on the back of a semi, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
