ALACHUA COUNTY, Fla. – A 33-year-old man was killed Monday night when his SUV rolled over on I-75 in Alachua County, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
One adult passenger and several children were also in the SUV. The adult was a 30-year-old woman, and the other passengers were all girls ages 5, 6, 8, and 13.

Everyone in the car was from Beverly Hills, Florida.
The driver died at the scene.
The passengers were taken to the hospital. The 13-year-old suffered serious injuries, while the 30-year-old and 6-year-old had critical injuries.
The 5-year-old and 8-year-old had minor injuries.
This remains an active and ongoing investigation by FHP’s Traffic Homicide Investigation Unit.
FHP was assisted by the Alachua County Sheriff’s office, Alachua County Fire Rescue, and Gainesville Police Department.
The driver and the 30-year-old were not wearing seat belts, and it’s unknown if any of the children were wearing them, according to the report.
