A federal judge presiding over the public feud between “It Ends With Us” actors Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni has warned lawyers to obey court rules meant to prevent contamination of a potential jury pool.

There are concerns about a new bill in Tallahassee that would decrease safety standards for large trucks. Lawyers say the bill was sponsored by the Penske Trucking Company and it would benefit the trucking industry, not Florida drivers.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Since the tragedy at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in 2018, the push to make Florida schools safer has been at the forefront. If it is passed when Florida lawmakers return to the capitol next legislative session, it could be called "Alyssa's Law". The bill would require elementary, middle and high schools to have these buttons in each of their school buildings. The panic buttons would be used for a number of emergencies including, but not limited to evacuations, lockdowns, and active shooters.
