Police said officers called to Eddie Vickers Park on Riberia Street in St. Augustine's Lincolnville neighborhood about 10:45 a.m. Tuesday found a man on the ground with a gunshot wound. The victim, who has not been named, told police Eubanks shot him. The man, who was shot in the back, was then flown to Orange Park Medical Center.
