The animal shelter told News4Jax they surpassed their goal within 24 hours. “We have received so much food we are running out of room!” Safe Animal Shelter told News4Jax. Safe received monetary donations from all over Jacksonville and Clay County, as well as different states. “Thank you to everyone for your kindness and generosity,” Sherry Mansfield, Director of Safe Animal Shelter, said.
