Local fire performances at Jacksonville restaurants have been temporarily suspended following cease and desist orders from the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department. Tokyo Moreno, owner of the Florida Fire and Flow Group, is working to address safety concerns and hopes to collaborate with the fire department to resume her performances soon.
