Some of the State of Florida’s most sensitive records may now be in the hands of cyber criminals. The group says it’s going to release 100 gigabytes of data from the Florida Dept. of Health (F-DOH), unless the state pays up.

From Social Security numbers to banking information, both private and public entities are being targeted and are receiving the same message: “We have your personal data. Pay up, or you’ll face the consequences.”
