In recent days and weeks, JSO has been busy shutting down organized illegal drug operations, and with each raid, police have been seizing large amounts of harmful drugs, money, and guns.

A fairly new and dangerous drug called “pink cocaine” has local health officials and federal law enforcement officers sounding off the alarm.

New video of a huge cocaine bust carried out by Customs and Border Protection agents based here in Jacksonville was shared with News4Jax on Thursday. After two days of tracking, the Air and Marine Operations Team caught up with the vessel in the Eastern Pacific. They seized more than 36-hundred pounds of cocaine and arrested three Colombian nationals. The estimated street value of the drugs is $48 million dollars.

FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. – The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office said 15 kilos of cocaine washed up on the beach on Surfview Drive in the Hammock area of Palm Coast Friday night. The Sheriff’s Office released a photo of the drugs Sunday. At least one of the packages tested positive for cocaine, and negative for fentanyl.
