The front staircase of the Manhattan brownstone where Carrie Bradshaw lived in “Sex and the City” is getting a metal gate to keep away tourists who endlessly trespass and pose for pictures.

From the hoopla it looked like a movie premiere, but the star was a bag.

Sarah Jessica Parker is channeling her former alter ego, Carrie Bradshaw. Not only did her dramatic dress and sleek bun hairdo scream Bradshaw, but Parker's mismatched shoes had us filled with nostalgia. Parker herself commented back that she and the show's stylist, Patricia Field, made the bold styling choice on purpose. On Friday, SJP Collection revealed on Instagram Parker's mismatched shoes from last night actually come in a pair, called the Rogue sandals, which will be released in spring. ET recently caught up with Parker ahead of the launch of her new wine, INVIVO X, Sarah Jessica Parker Sauvignon Blanc.

The 54-year-old actress opened up to ETs Nischelle Turner in a game of Sip or Spill surrounding the launch of her new wine, INVIVO X, Sarah Jessica Parker Sauvignon Blanc, which hit stores on Wednesday. In the game, Parker had to either take a sip of her new wine or answer a juicy question that the fans are dying to know. Id like to see where all of them are, Parker noted.
