Police have arrested a suspect in a July auto break-in that two people touring with Beyoncé′ said resulted in the theft of the singer's unreleased music.

ATLANTA – Police arrested a man who walked into an Atlanta grocery store with five guns and body armor on Wednesday, just days after a mass shooting at a Colorado supermarket, authorities said. “A witness observed the male and alerted store management, who then notified police,” Grant told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Police are still working to determine why he had so many guns inside the store. Several police cars were parked at Atlantic Station as officers continued their investigation. Shoppers were being turned away as they approached the grocery store, but there were still plenty of people milling about the open-air mall.

OMB Peezy was arrested Monday and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, news outlets reported. The shooting happened on Feb. 21 at a scrap yard where rappers Roddy Ricch and 42 Dugg were filming a music video. Peezy, 24, has over 550,000 subscribers on YouTube, where he's posted music, cooking and advice videos.

Police issued warrants a day earlier for 19-year-old Julian Conley in the slaying of Secoriea Turner, police spokesman Anthony Grant said. Patterson said Conley was peacefully protesting and witnessed the shooting but did not open fire himself, though he was armed. Why would you want to charge a man who saw a crime but did not participate in a criminal act? The man got up and opened fire at the vehicle, Patterson said his client told him. Conley said everyone thought somebody in the SUV was shooting and other armed people opened fire at the vehicle, Patterson said.
