Joey Schatt is a Manager of Content and Coverage at News4Jax, overseeing the morning team. He joined the company in September 2024. Joey was born on Long Island and moved to Florida with his family in 2003. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication. He served as an ambassador for the journalism school and studied abroad in London. He’s worked for multiple news outlets such as CNN and WPTV. Outside work, you can usually find Joey with his two French Bulldogs, Chip and Ollie.
