USF came into The Swamp and stunned the Florida Gators 18-16. Penalties piled up as the Gators faltered in the second half and failed to put the game away. The Bulls capitalized late, kicking a game-winning field goal. Despite being considered the best team Billy Napier has assembled during his tenure, the Gators now sit at a surprising 1-1 record heading into the toughest stretch of their season.
