JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jaguars have chosen their top five finalists for the vacant general manager position, cutting the list from 11 candidates who the team interviewed virtually over the past week.
Here are the finalists for the job:

- Ethan Waugh, the Jaguars interim general manager who took over when former GM Trent Baalke was fired in January
- Ian Cunningham, the Bears assistant general manager
- James Gladstone, the Rams director of scouting strategy.
- Jon-Eric Sullivan, the Packers vice president of player personnel.
- Josh Williams, the 49ers director/scouting and football operations.
Starting Wednesday, the five finalists will be interviewed in person.
None of the Jags top five candidates has served as a general manager before, so whoever does get the job of making the team’s decisions will be doing it all for the first time.
