JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – For the tenth year in a row, Visit Jacksonville has partnered with the city’s top family attractions for Kids Free November, a special month-long promotion that offers free admission and other discounted activities for children at local museums and attractions.
During Kids Free November, more than a dozen listed participants will offer free or discounted admission for up to five children under the age of 12 with general adult admission at participating locations.

The offer is valid from Nov. 1 - Nov. 30, 2024.
“November is a great time to be in Jacksonville as we enter the fall season and this year we celebrate the 10th year of Kids Free November,” said Katie Mitura, Chief Marketing Officer of Visit Jacksonville. “It’s the perfect opportunity for Jacksonville residents to invite family and friends to visit to discover what makes Jacksonville so great while exploring some of the best attractions with free or discounted admission.”
Specific deals for the month-long promotion vary by location at more than a dozen local attractions and museums. Here’s a list of participants (A-Z):
Adventure Kayak
Free kids’ bike rentals and free kayaking for children at Hanna Park. Kayaks are available on weekends from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., bikes are available Tuesday-Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Adventure Landing
Kids Play Free in November by offering kids 12 and under free miniature golf with at least one paying adult.
Beach Life Rentals
Free kids’ bike rentals. Call and make a reservation (recommended). Mention Kids Free November when you call or visit their shop to get the deal.
Catty Shack Ranch Wildlife Sanctuary
Two children (ages 3-11) are admitted free with a general admission paying adult during the daytime (afternoon) tours ONLY. This will not apply to our night feedings or any special events.
Community First Igloo
Free skate rental with purchase of Public Skating. Available Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. session only. Mention “Kids Free November” at the front desk to receive this deal.
Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens
Children ages 6 to 12 get in free with a general admission paying adult.
iFLY Jacksonville
Kids Fly Free: One child will receive a free 2-Flight Package with the purchase of any full-priced package. Excludes all other specials and offers, cannot be combined for any group reservations, 1 BOGO per reservation, restrictions apply. Not valid on Black Friday or Saturdays. Jacksonville Arboretum and Gardens
Up to (2) free admission for children into the park per (1) paying adult.
Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens
With each full-price General Admission adult ticket, up to 5 children (ages 3-12) get a free General Admission ticket every day in November.
King Pins Bowling Center
Up to five children (ages 3-12) get in free with a general admission paying adult.
Main Event
Kids 12 and under will receive FREE bowling shoes with the purchase of a bowling lane reservation, one-hour minimum.
Mini Bar Donuts
The donuts and coffee shop will offer 15% off for kids and families.
Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA)
Children under 18 years of age get in free with a general admission paying adult.
Museum of Science & History (MOSH)
Up to 4 children (ages 3-12) get in free per paying adult.
Sweet Pete’s
Gummy Kabob Making Station! One gummy kabob per child. Max 3 children per adult. Offered Thurs-Sat 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in November.
In addition to being Kids Free November, there will be special events free to the public on select dates. Those include:
- Veterans Day Parade on November 11
- Deck the Chairs opening night on November 27 and continuing nightly
- Light Boat Parade on November 30
