The jury deliberated some 13 hours, and in the end, Sean “Diddy” Combs was found not guilty of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking.
He was convicted on both counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
Jeremy Rosenthal, a nationally renowned prosecuting and defense attorney and legal analyst, joined us on The Morning Show to discuss the jury’s decision, if prosecutors “overcharged” Diddy and whether this was a huge loss for the government.
He also talked about the upcoming sentencing hearing and how much jail time the music mogul might face.
