JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 21-year-old who was charged in a 7-year-old’s murder case was arrested and charged for a second murder case, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said.

Keith Johnson, one of six men facing murder charges for the death of 7-year-old Breon Allen, is now charged with the murder of Valondia Norris, 43, back in April 2024.
JSO said Johnson was originally arrested for accessory after the fact and tampering with evidence, but detectives said they had enough evidence to arrest him for Norris’ murder.
Dannel Larkins, 21, is also charged with Norris’ and Allen’s murders. JSO said he was arrested again last week for a third murder.
