Anthony Williams-Loscalzo, 18, was charged with fleeing police.
All three were charged with attempted murder and they are from Jacksonville.
Deputies said the suspects drove two vehicles from Jacksonville to Lake City and one of the cars was reported stolen on June 20.
Officials said they targeted a person they knew as a result of an ongoing feud. Their target was an adult with previous ties to Jacksonville.
He was in Lake City as part of the Department of Corrections’ work release program and was employed with Arby’s.
The suspects entered the Arby’s and began shooting at the intended target, who went to the back of the kitchen area after being struck. During this time, a teen employee was also struck by one of the bullets while trying to find cover. He had no involvement with the suspects.
This led to a high-speed chase that reached up to 125 mph with police northbound onto I-75 from U.S. 90 West.
Deputies said the suspects threw a firearm and other evidence from the car during the pursuit, including a 50-round drum magazine. A K-9 team recovered the items while detectives searched along I-75.
They were eventually stopped with a PIT maneuver.
The three suspects were then taken into custody without issue.
Deputies said the teen was taken to the hospital and released. The other victim is still in the hospital in critical condition.
The identities of the victims are being withheld at this time.
