JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said it is looking for a person of interest after a man was hit by two cars in a deadly hit-and-run while riding his push scooter on Moncrief Road on Friday night.
Police said the incident happened around 8:55 p.m. A man in his 50s was riding a push scooter when another man was making a left turn into a business.
