JSO looking for person of interest following deadly Moncrief Road hit-and-run

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said it is looking for a person of interest after a man was hit by two cars in a deadly hit-and-run while riding his push scooter on Moncrief Road on Friday night.
