ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – Organizers for the As If! 90s Fest in St. Augustine announced on Wednesday night they would postpone the event for the third time.
In a Facebook post, organizers said the event that was set to take place on June 21, after being previously delayed, will now be held in the fall. Organizers also said the lineup would be reannounced.

“This year has gone sideways based on our taking on a different festival that was a complete trainwreck and it in the past 2 years has started an avalanche that significantly damaged this festival’s promotion and timeline. It’s a super bummer, but keeping it in perspective and putting on an event that’s half our capability wouldn’t be worth the squeeze,” organizers wrote.
The event announcement came after the News4JAX I-TEAM reached out to organizers after receiving multiple complaints from ticket holders who said they had requested refunds amid the schedule changes.
Ticket holders said they had not received a response from the organizers or Eventbrite, the ticket seller.
On Wednesday morning, event organizers told News4JAX all ticket holders should expect to be refunded no later than June 14, and added that as of that morning, there were only 29 tickets with a refund request.
Those refund requests were made before the event announced its third delay on Wednesday night. It is unclear how many refund requests have been made since the event announced the new schedule changes.
Ticket holders also expressed their concerns over the event’s website, saying that it did not confirm who would be performing.
The event originally announced R&B singer Sisqo as the festival’s headliner. However, according to the singer’s official tour website, he is set to perform in Virginia on June 21, the same date the 90s festival was supposed to take place.
News4JAX attempted to visit the As If! 90s Fest website, but it appears to be a dead link.
News4JAX reached out to the event organizers regarding the third schedule change, and we are waiting to hear back.
