Odale Baker, 35, and Latroy Montgomery, 38, were arrested in 2022 for the incident.

Baker will be sentenced on Friday. Montgomery was sentenced to life in prison on May 1.

The shooting was reported Oct. 28, 2020, when at about 8:30 p.m., police responded to Mansion Road and found three people suffering from gunshot wounds. One person died at the scene, and two others were taken to a hospital for treatment.

Detectives said the suspects went inside a house in Arlington Hills.

Eventually, a fight started. JSO said Montgomery pulled out a gun and just started shooting.

Police said that, in that process, Montgomery shot and killed Maurice Anderson, wounded two others, who survived, and shot Orial Baker.

Later that night, officers said, they found Orial Baker in a parking lot about eight miles away in the Brentwood neighborhood.

First responders took him to a hospital, where he died.

JSO said Montgomery and his two cousins, Odale and Orial Baker, who were brothers, were all involved in the quadruple shooting.
