CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – A 10-year-old third grader was arrested in Clay County after he brought an electric stun gun to school, according to the sheriff’s office.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office said another student at Argyle Elementary told a staff member that the boy had a weapon on school grounds.

The CCSO interviewed the student who reported seeing the weapons and the staff member. A school threat assessment was also conducted.
No students were harmed.
The 10-year-old student was charged with possession of a weapon or firearm on school property, which is a third-degree felony.
