JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A Chick-fil-A located at the intersection of Atlantic Boulevard and Hodges Boulevard officially reopened its newly rebuilt restaurant on Tuesday.
Local Owner-Operator Melinda Sowers will continue serving at the new restaurant, which has been part of the community for over 15 years.

Sowers and her team honored K9s For Warriors, a local nonprofit that pairs military veterans with service dogs, at the re-opening by inviting them to raise the flag and recognizing their service to the community.
Features of the newly designed restaurant include a playground, a dual drive-thru lane and a mobile order drive-thru.
Chick-fil-A Atlantic & Hodges will staff 110 team members, the restaurant said.
