CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – The Clay County Sheriff’s Office issued a notice about an active shooter training exercise it will host on Thursday morning.
Residents should expect simulated gunfire near the Thrasher-Horne Center on 283 College Drive, where the CCSO and Clay County Fire Rescue will conduct a full-scale joint active assailant training exercise.

There will also be an increased presence of law enforcement, security and fire personnel in the area.
