JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Chick-fil-A proposed a restaurant at northeast Race Track Road and Bartram Park Boulevard in southern Duval and northern St. Johns Counties, according to our news partner, Jacksonville Daily Record.
The city is reviewing plans for a 5,094-square-foot restaurant on 2.38 acres. The vacant property crosses the county line.

The Chick-fil-A is designed for 106 seats with 90 inside and 16 on a patio. Its dual drive-thru is designed for 24 cars, accommodating 40 at peak times.
The site is north of the Bartram Market shopping center and south of the Montevilla at Bartram Lakes community.
