JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 35-year-old Jacksonville woman is facing charges of organized fraud and identity theft after investigators said she embezzled more than $142,000 from a local business.
According to her arrest report, the woman worked as an office manager at the business located on Philips Highway.

Police said the business owner provided investigators with bank records, credit card statements, audit trails and spreadsheets showing that the woman, who started working at the business in June 2021, had used her position to steal $142,727.70.
The arrest report said the woman worked at the Philips Highway location from June 2021 to October 2024 and worked at the Neptune Beach location on Atlantic Boulevard from October 2024 to January 2025.
She is accused of both check and credit card fraud.
