JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Both directions of Norwood Avenue were shut down at 9:47 a.m. due to a train stalled on the tracks, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
The incident blocked traffic near the intersection of Norwood Avenue and Carlton Street.
