The 330,000-square-foot mixed-use development remade the former dry goods distribution center into 228 loft-style apartments, a rooftop terrace, 43 spaces for small business offices, 11 flex spaces, Vantage Point Coffee and space for a dining outlet.
The renovation was funded by House Bill 499 and Senate Bill 288, which funds other historical buildings in the state to be renovated and preserved.
Mayor Donna Deegan, Downtown Investment Authority CEO Lori Boyer, Councilman Jimmy Peluso, CEO of the Historic Eastside CDC Suzanne Pickett and more will be speaking at the press conference and ribbon cutting.
