All lanes on I-95 north at 8th Street reopen following multi-vehicle crash

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – All lanes on Interstate 95 northbound at 8th Street reopened following a multi-vehicle crash Monday afternoon.

The crash happened around 12:31 p.m. and closed all lanes. As of 3 p.m., the lanes were back open.
