Skyway closed for maintenance through early March, JTA says

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Transportation Authority said the Skyway will be closed for maintenance beginning Monday, Feb. 24 through March 7.

JTA also said shuttle service will not be provided during operating hours while maintenance is being completed. '

The agency said to pick up shuttle at the following locations.

Downtown

  • LaVilla Skyway Station
  • Jefferson Skyway Station
    • Forsyth St. + Jefferson St. (toward Central Skyway Station)
    • Bay St. + Jefferson St. (toward LaVilla Skyway Station)
  • Central Skyway Station
    • Central Skyway Station Pearl St. + Bay St. (toward JWJ Park Skyway Station or San Marco Skyway Station)
    • Central Skyway Station Bay St. + Julia St. (toward Jefferson Skyway Station)
  • James Weldon Johnson Park Skyway Station
    • JWJ Park + Hogan St. (toward Rosa Parks Skyway Station)
    • JWJ Park + N. Laura St. (toward Central Skyway Station)
  • Rosa Parks Skyway Station (Bay H)
