JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Still no plans for Valentine’s Day? Here’s a suggestion: Grab a date and try to outrun the terrifying vampires that will stalk you through a love-themed haunted house.

13th Floor Jacksonville, located at 9230 Arlington Expressway, is hosting Love Bites, a haunted house and escape room experience, Friday through Sunday in Regency.

The attraction promises to offer interactive zombie shooting, $5 axe throwing, and other romantic activities, including an “immersive haunt experience,” a “bootique” where limited edition merchandise can be purchased, Valentine’s Day-themed photo ops, and a “date night package” to commemorate the evening with your significant other.

“Your favorite Jacksonville haunted house is getting a Valentine’s makeover,” a description of the event on the company’s website reads. “The same thrills and chills of the Halloween season but with a lover’s twist. Forget the boring dates of Valentine’s Day past and come experience something stimulating this year.”

The website, however, does include a warning stating that the event may be “too intense” for children 12 and under.

To learn more about the event and purchase tickets, click on this link. Those who are interested in attending the event will be momentarily placed in a “virtual queue” before they are able to see price options.

According to the website, ticket pricing will vary based on the day and time of attendance and will increase the closer it gets to the event date.

As of Tuesday, prices for Friday’s event start at $24.99 while Sunday’s event begins at $19.99.
