JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The funeral services for the late Sam Mousa were announced by his family.

Mousa died at 72 on Jan. 22, before undergoing heart surgery.
The family will hold a visitation on Jan. 28 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. followed by a Trisagion Prayer Service. A second visitation will be held on Jan. 29. from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. with a funeral service presided over by V. Rev. Dr. Fr. Kamal Al-Rahil at 10 a.m.
All visitation and funeral services will be held at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, 6300 Bowden Road, Jacksonville 32216.
Following the funeral service, a graveside committal will be held at Oaklawn Cemetery, 4801 San Jose Boulevard, Jacksonville 32207.
Arrangements are made by Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Boulevard., Jacksonville 32211. Instead of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in memory of Mousa to St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church or to Wolfson Children’s Hospital by visiting giving.baptistjax.com.
