JSO looking for 2 suspects involved in a shooting on Arlington Road North

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is looking for suspects involved in a shooting on Arlington Road North on Sunday morning.

JSO said at 5:13 a.m., officers went to a hospital for 2 male victims in their early 20s with gunshot wounds.

The victims said they were traveling in the 900 block of Arlington Road North when two suspects standing in the roadway began firing at them.

The victims got back on Arlington Expressway and went over the Mathews Bridge where they said they were shot at a second time. Then they drove themselves to a nearby hospital.

The first victim was shot in his chest and is in critical but stable condition. The second victim was shot in the leg and is in stable condition.

JSO said they are looking for two possibly Hispanic males in a dark-colored SUV.
