Adoption hours are from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Dec. 30, and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on both New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

“As we close out another incredible year of lifesaving in Jacksonville, we are excited to offer this free adoption weekend to connect even more animals with loving homes,” said Denise Deisler, JHS CEO. “We encourage the community to visit JHS to adopt a new family member and start the new year on the right ‘paw’!”

All pets available for adoption are microchipped, spayed or neutered, and vaccinated. Additional fees may apply.
