ATLANTIC BEACH, Fla. – A popular sub shop in Jacksonville Beach is expanding.
According to the Jacksonville Daily Record, News4JAX’s news partner, Angie’s Subs is opening a new location in Atlantic Beach in the first quarter of 2025.

The new restaurant will be located in the former home of T-Dub’s in the same building as A+B Kitchen, Homespun Kitchen and Ragtime Tavern. The new space is 2,100 square feet and seat 52 customers. The Atlantic Beach Angie’s will feature much of the same menu, but because he is building a hoodless kitchen, he’ll be unable to serve french fries and other fried foods.
Angie’s Subs owner Ed Malin worked 10 years tending and managing the bar at Ragtime, according to JDR.
