But this championship run is not just about the game itself; it’s about the entire community coming together to support the players and the school. As part of their preparations, Raines has set an ambitious goal of raising more than $50,000 to cover expenses for the trip and other associated costs.

The funds are vital to ensuring the team has the resources it needs for its journey to the state title game.

How You Can Help:

The Raines High School community has set up two dedicated fundraising pages to help reach this goal:

  1. DCPS School Cash Online: Support Raines high school football

Both pages are now live, offering an easy and secure way for supporters to contribute. Whether you’re a Raines alumni, a football fan, or simply someone who wants to see these dedicated student-athletes reach their dreams, every donation helps.

The fundraising effort goes beyond just the football team. The band, cheerleaders, and other members of the Raines community will also benefit from this support, making the championship experience an all-encompassing celebration of school spirit.
