The investment will upgrade the brewery located on the Northside to maintain industry standards and efficiency.

Anheuser-Busch called the Jacksonville brewery a cornerstone of its U.S. operations.

“We have been proud to brew in Jacksonville for the last 55 years, and this new $10 million investment will not only improve our local facility here but also make a positive economic impact in our Duval County community,” Craig Tomeo, Senior General Manager of the Jacksonville brewery said.

The Jacksonville brewery opened in 1969 and has reduced water usage by 50% and electricity usage by 23% while brewing the same volume of beer since 2008.
