JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Attorneys with the law firm of Pajcic & Pajcic will give an update Thursday afternoon on a lawsuit involving a logging truck accident in Nassau County.
According to a release, the update will be regarding a more than $141 million verdict. Attorneys said the majority of this verdict was for punitive damages.

“The Nassau County jury was sending a clear message that the logging industry must improve safety standards to protect everyone on the roadways,” the law firm wrote.
