It looked as if it could have been a Liberty Mutual ad, but it was actually an animal rescue call they don’t often get: Emu on the loose.

That’s right, an emu had wandered into the front yard of a residence it didn’t belong to, according to the sheriff’s office.

Officers responded and were successful in locating the animal’s owner.

The emu was reunited with his family. We are sure it was an “emutional” reunion.
